Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All paperback book orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up notification when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size. Any applicable taxes will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Brown Sugar Leadership Lounge is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date at:

Returns & Refunds (Books)
Due to the nature of book sales, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
